First let me say THANK YOU to EVERYBODY for making this exercise one of the best things I’ve seen EVER on the web.

Journaling is a personal thing and there are enough examples here so that ANY TRADER can take there time and go through them and find a Journaling methodology that resonates with them.

A trader could even COMBINE some of the great techniques that are illustrated in this string.  I’m proud of all of you… posters and readers.

BUT I HAD TO PICK A WINNER… and it wasn’t easy and there was no CLEAR winner… just about EVERY POST was worthy of note!

Show us a sample of your Journaling!

This week’s release of our Master Report, “Journaling for Traders” has taken the trading world by storm.  I’m VERY APPRECIATIVE of all the positive feedback!

BUT ONE QUESTION KEEPS COMING UP….

“Can you show me an example of Journal Entries?”

As you read in my report, I believe that Journaling is an individual thing.  One person’s journaling style and structure may or may not be best for another trader.

How do YOU Journal?  Show us a sample of how you like to journal… Stick to the part of  your journaling technique that you think is most powerful…the part that most helps YOU in staying disciplined. You’re welcome to describe your journaling strategies by typing in your comment or you can show us by uploading a JPG image of your journal entry. It’s up to you! It’s contest time!  Lately we’ve been talking about keeping a journal of your trades and I’ve been sharing with you my techniques for trade journaling.  (If you missed those techniques be sure to watch weeks 13 & 14 of the 4-Minute Drills for Traders.  You can find both videos right here on the blog.)
